Our jewelry is considered water resistant. Most of our jewelry has .2 microns of 14k recycled gold plating, a layer of palladium + an additional protective coating for long lasting protection. While our jewelry is water resistant, you'll want to avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or salt water.
Our current collections are designed in California and manufactured with our teams in South Korea and China. It's important to us to know and trust the team making our jewelry. They are skilled in their craft that we are delighted to have as part of our team!
When caring for your jewelry, we recommend storing it in cloth bags or boxes to protect the finish. When not being worn, remove jewelry from its packaging and wipe it clean with a soft cloth before storing in its storage box to prevent tarnish.

Orders are dispatched to our warehouse once they are placed online by a customer and usually can't be cancelled or edited. Shoot an email to orders@fiveandtwojewelry.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

We will ship your preorder as soon as it comes back in stock. There should be a note on your order confirmation with an estimated ship date. If you placed an order that contains a preorder style, we will ship what is ready asap and ship your preorder style at a later date at no additional shipping cost.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all US orders of $50 or more, and all international orders of $100 or more.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders that contain pre-order styles will ship at a later date determined at checkout.

Please check with your neighbors and call your postal service to double check if it was intercepted by someone else. If they don’t have any info for you, please hold tight a couple days to see if it turns up. Sometimes USPS “updates” shipments incorrectly.
